Most people understand the need to protect their skin from UV rays, but most are not yet aware of the need to protect their eyes. Unfortunately, the effects of UV rays are cumulative. Research also shows that by age 18, most people have accumulated 80% of their total lifetime exposure to the sun.
Some personal views after this afternoon encounter, was on my way to take bus. It was about 1400hrs and pretty glaring outside, without knowing the glaring effect reduce, in my mind,oh must be my transition =D. In the past, i will be struggling with those glaring rays.
