I will vote for Harry's Island project,
1) The developer name : Eighth Wonder cool right =D
2) Fantasy attraction is so much stronger with Harry's Island compared to Atlantis - not as the name but the ideas the developer are gonna create.
3) Harry's Island will have a few Unique or rather never seen before structures by the world.
4) Very attractive designs and styles.
5) Developer foresight to make it one of the kind in Asia, promote uniqueness.
6) Developer committed the highest offer so far, 5.5 Billion
