Took this picture from TTSH ( Tan Tock Seng Hospital) ward 12B. The doctors drew up the curtain to perform some diagnosis on my mum's illness and I was instructed to wait behind the curtain. Scrolling fore and back beside the windows, I noticed this out of nowhere building. IT's surrounded by all the BIG Brother
