Bus agony

Anyone has this feeling of rushing for some events or meeting someone but the bus just won't appear ?

I used to have them whenever i want to take bus 72, somehow it's just so popular. Just a few days ago i remember seeing through 4 X bus 88 before the 72 finally appear. On some occasion where luck is playing fun with ya, the passenger capacity is madness. You will be like almost sticking to one another. Saw this news today,

The standards cover six essential aspects of service -

* Loading - for example, weekday peak period bus loading shouldn't exceed 95 percent
* Safety
* Provision of information
* Availability of bus services

Well good for the consumers that our agony maybe resolve. But if you are the public transport captains, what's their view on this ?
