Haha, used to use this phase "get a life man" on those hardcore gamers in game. If you didnt get the meaning/ for non gamers, in all games, generally you can keep living as long as you play. Even some games with game over, with a game restart, you can do it over again. !Endless life!
Now once again, you can look at things/subjects from lots of angles. And individual's perspective on those things/subjects might varies too. Which might leads to constructive outcome(positive competition)or destructive conflict(eg war)due to different ideas.
